Converting a non-domestic structure into a dwelling is one of the most challenging and potentially expensive projects one can take on in the UK today. Get my advice on any property before you proceed and I will give you advice on whether it can be converted and what it will take to turn it into a home. This online consultation will look at your aspirations, needs, budget and timescale. I will review the information you provide me about the property during a friendly video call. At the end of this will you will have a good idea of how the process works. My role is to 'sense check' your ideas, budget and timescale, taking the planning system, building regulations and construction realty into account. Afterward I will write a summary email which will include my Project Guide document (available for separate download on the site) This service is virtual and you will be sent a zoom invite once you have paid for the booking.
