Consultation Before Buying a Property

Service Description

Are you thinking about buying a property with the intention of altering or extending? Maybe you want to buy an old building and convert it to flats or get a change of use to create a luxury home. If you want to know what to look out for then contact me to discuss the property before you buy it. This online consultation will look at your aspirations, needs, budget and timescale. I will review the information you provide me about your property during a friendly half-hour video call. At the end of this will you will have a good idea of how the process works. My role is to 'sense check' your ideas, budget and timescale, taking the planning system, building regulations and construction realty into account. Afterward I will write a summary email which will include my Project Guide document (available for separate download on the site) This service is virtual and you will be sent a zoom invite once you have paid for the booking.
