Consultation Before Buying a Plot

Are you thinking about buying a plot of land to build a house? Maybe its your dream to self-build your own home. If you haven't done this before and dont know where to begin, get in touch to discuss the pitfalls before you buy land. This online consultation will look at your aspirations, needs, budget and timescale. I will review the information you provide me about your property during a friendly half-hour video call. At the end of this will you will have a good idea of how the process works. My role is to 'sense check' your ideas, budget and timescale, taking the planning system, building regulations and construction realty into account. Afterward I will write a summary email which will include my Project Guide document (available for separate download on the site) This service is virtual and you will be sent a zoom invite once you have paid for the booking.
