Are you struggling to decide between two properties and cant choose which one to buy? Whether its two houses, two flats or two plots of land. Let me review both of them and give you my feedback. This is an extended version of the other consolation services listed on the site, with more time allocated to compare and contrast two separate properties. This online consultation will look at your aspirations, needs, budget and timescale. I will review the information you provide me about the properties during a friendly 45 minute video call. At the end of this will you will have the information you need to decide which property best suits your needs. I will advise you on how the process works. My role is to 'sense check' your ideas, budget and timescale, taking the planning system, building regulations and construction realty into account. Afterward I will write a summary email which will include my Project Guide document (available for separate download on the site) This service is virtual and you will be sent a zoom invite once you have paid for the booking.
